1. General Policy
At EmpanelOne, we dedicate significant time and resources to researching and crafting bespoke growth strategies for our clients. Consequently, all fees paid are non-refundable once work has commenced, except as expressly stated in this policy.
2. Cancellation Before Commencement
Full Refund: If a client requests cancellation in writing within 24 hours of payment and before any discovery sessions or work has started, a full refund of the professional fee (minus a 5% administrative/processing fee) will be issued.
- Refund will be credited within 7-10 days to the original source of payment method.
